This website is published by Forest Luxury Spa, Sector 104, Noida. It describes the therapies we offer and the prices we charge at the time of writing. Therapies, prices and hours can change; the price we confirm when you book is the price you pay.

Booking an appointment

Appointments are made on WhatsApp at 087964 99918, or by phone on the same number or the landline 0120 4829960.

Tapping a price on this site opens a message addressed to us with the therapy and duration already written. That prepares the request — it does not hold the room. A booking exists only once we have replied to confirm it.

If your plans change

Tell us as early as you can. The room and the therapist are held for you alone, and an hour nobody arrives for is an hour another guest could not have.

If you are running late we will do our best, though your session may still end at its scheduled time so the guest after you is not kept waiting. Where a particular booking carries a deposit or a cancellation condition, we will tell you when you book — never afterwards.

Conduct — please read this one

Forest Luxury Spa is a professional therapeutic spa, and our therapists are trained professionals at work.

Every session here is strictly therapeutic. Any request, remark, gesture or conduct of a sexual nature will end the session at once, without refund, and the guest will be asked to leave and will not be welcomed back. Our therapists have our complete backing in ending a session on those grounds, and we may report conduct of that kind to the authorities. This is not negotiable.

We ask two smaller courtesies of everyone: phones on silent past the door, and voices low. The quiet is what most people come up for.

Before your session

Tell your therapist about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, allergy or skin sensitivity before the session begins. We may adapt a therapy, suggest a different one, or decline where it would not be safe.

Our therapists are not doctors, and a session here is care for your comfort — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for either. We may also decline a session where a guest arrives intoxicated.

Your belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We look after our rooms carefully, but we cannot take responsibility for items lost, damaged or left behind.

Vouchers and packages

Where we issue a gift voucher or a package, it is valid only at our Sector 104 address, applies to the therapies named on it, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires on the date printed on it.

The words and images here

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Forest Luxury Spa and to the studio that built it, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Photographs of the rooms were taken at the spa. Forest scenes used as atmosphere are illustrative.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to the session you paid for.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
