What this website stores

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Nothing you do here is profiled, sold or shared.

Your browser keeps two small preferences on your own device so the page behaves the way you left it: whether you chose to hear the forest ambience, and whether you have dismissed the short storage note at the bottom of the page. Both stay in your browser's own storage, never reach us, and disappear when you clear your browsing data.

What our hosting provider sees

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — the IP address a request came from, the time, the page asked for and the browser used. Those logs exist to keep the site online and secure. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile.

When you message or call us

Bookings are handled by our front desk on WhatsApp and by phone. What you send us — your name, your number, the therapy and the time you would like — is used to arrange your appointment, to reach you if something changes, and to recognise you when you come back.

Messages you send on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We are the recipient, not the carrier.

Health details you share with us

If you tell us about an injury, a medical condition, a pregnancy, an allergy or a sensitivity, we hold it for one reason only: to keep your session safe and right for you. It is shared with the therapist treating you and with nobody else.

How long we keep it, and who else sees it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run the appointment book and to look after returning guests. We do not sell them, rent them, or hand them to advertisers. We share only the minimum needed with the therapist assigned to you — or where the law requires it of us.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message 087964 99918 on WhatsApp or call 0120 4829960 and we will do it.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
